1.     Contests are open to all legal residents of the U.S. age 12 and over, unless otherwise specified.  If winner is under 18 years of age, a parent, or legal guardian may be asked to assume responsibilities of winning.

2.    No purchase necessary to win.

3.    Employees of J C Media, LLC, its agents, affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as sponsors of specific contest(s) and those residing in their households are not eligible to win.

4.    Winners are determined at random either by being the designated caller to the phone number announced, or by registering in writing at announced locations.

5.    Only one winner per household per (30) calendar days unless otherwise announced.

6.    Unless otherwise announced, all prizes not claimed within (14) calendar days of winning are subject to forfeiture and will not be replaced.

7.    Winner must present valid identification and receive only prizes announced which cannot be substituted.  Winners may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or waiver in order to receive prizes.

8.     Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, licenses, and fees associated with the receiving of prizes.

9.    WKZU reserves the right to substitute any prize announced with one of equal or greater value, based on availability.

10.    WKZU reserves the right to use winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes, without further compensation.

11.    A written copy of these rules is available free of charge at our Main Office, 107 East Spring Street, Ripley, Mississippi 38663, during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, except usual holidays) or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope and written request to JC Media, LLC, 107 East Spring Street, Ripley, MS  38663.

12.    These rules may be amended for specific contests.
